Returns Policy

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of the purchase date for unused items in their original packaging.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received.

Exclusions

Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return unless there is a defect or error on our part.

Certain products, for hygiene reasons, such as helmets or apparel, may have specific return guidelines. Please check individual product descriptions for details.

How to Initiate a Return

Self-serve return:

  1. Log in to your account:
    1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
    2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
    3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
  2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
  3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  5. Click Request return.
  6. If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label.
    After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

  1. Contact our Customer Support team via email to request a return.
  2. Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return.
  3. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide a return shipping label if applicable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Approved refunds will be processed, and the refund will be made by transfer to the provided account number within 14 days of receiving the returned products.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will gladly assist you in resolving the issue.
